Add New Alert
To prevent email overload while keeping you informed, we use a smart alert system:
- Expiring Certificates: You'll receive alerts when your certificate has 30 days or less remaining (or your configured threshold). After each alert, there's a 7-day cooldown period before the next reminder is sent.
- Expired Certificates: If your certificate expires, you'll receive an immediate alert (no cooldown) so you can take urgent action.
- Errors: Certificate check errors trigger immediate alerts to ensure you're aware of monitoring issues.
Example Timeline:
This system reduces email spam while ensuring you're notified about critical changes and receive periodic reminders for certificates that need attention.
